Poncho Power

People who can sew can make ponchos from fleece for the winter for youth and children and  adults who are rescued from sex trafficking.  Poncho Power on Youtube. Make a poncho and give it away. It takes 20 minutes.

Out of

Out of Darkness is a non-profit headed by Jeff Shaw, a lawyer. He reminds me of Allen Harris, except in age. He goes into places where prostitutes are and he and someone else gives a rose and a card to someone who seems like a prostitute. Someone standing on a corner. Someone at a gas station or truck stop who looks like they made this choice.

The Global Health and Humanitarian Summit had a speaker, Dr. Bercu, who came several times who organizes groups to make a difference with sex workers who are enslaved. Click here: Drs at war . org  The Global Health and Humanitarian Summit had synergy when people chose it. People who made connections and kept the connections will have more impact on changing the World. People who came to promote their agenda and are self serving in any endeavor have less impact. Sure, we have a passion. We have to use the Buddy System with our passion, compassion, and social change. The Buddy System is not just about going to the mall with someone. Watching out for each other is the whole ballgame.

Marietta Square

Several artists in Marietta were wonderful. One was a man who made beautiful walking sticks. The Stickery The Stickery: Click Here

And then there was Searfoss Designs with batik material and art filled with mermaids and so many images!

I used a walking stick today and it helped me. I hope people who need a walking stick or something pretty will think of these two people and check out their links!

I didn't buy as much as I would have if I had been using the Buddy System!

Emory University School of Law and Relgion pre-conference

Today there was a pre-conference at Emory University Law School. I met Rev. Lyons from a United Methodist Church, and several other panelists, and many reporters and writers who were so interesting. There were 4 panels discussion groups. Three were about immigration and one on sex trafficking/prostitution.

I told people about the Global Health and Humanitarian Summit. One reporter took a picture of me, and a few talked to me about Murder on the Silver Comet Trail, soon to be Buddy System on the Silver Comet Trail. I learned so much!

Buddy System on the Silver Comet Trail

No one is buying Murder on the Silver Comet Trail. The book has no bad language, no sex, and no blood and guts. I did put Al Gore in the book. If you don't have blood and guts, then you need Gore.

Why is it important for people to buy this book? Because there aren't any churches, or schools or hospitals teaching the buddy system to adult women. Proceeds from the books also supports making ponchos for people with cancer or women who breast feed.

Violence for children world wide from Unicef

Violence and children, click here.  When people about violence, most people want men and women to be the same and there are differences. The article speaks about expectations and ideas that are pretty important to the world. Please read the article!

And use the Buddy System especially if you pick a Buddy you trust, and you can always trust the Holy Spirit!

Church, school, hospital

Women make up the majority of these 3 entities. Let's get these 3 entities active in reminding women to use the Buddy System so they are safer and so they make it more difficult for criminals to hurt them!
